Admission Process

• For admission to Nursery & UKG, the Principal / Coordinator / Teacher will only observe and interact with the child and the parents, and both parents must accompany the child.
• For admission to Grades I-VII, after the interaction will be held similarly. Student’s last report card of the student will also be analyzed. Both parents must accompany the child.
• The list of selected candidates will be put up on the Notice Board at the Admission Office and on the school website www. royinternationalschoolranchi .com
• It is mandatory for both the parents and local / legal guardian to be present to complete various admission formalities.
• The parent/guardian is requested to bring the Original Money Receipt (issued at the time of purchase of Prospectus) at the time of submission of Admission Form.
• It is mandatory for the parents to fill-up the Admission form themselves. An incomplete form will be rejected.
• The student's name should match as per the Birth Certificate & AADHAR card.
• The name of the student should be provided correctly as appears in the Student’s Birth Certificate & AADHAR card.
• It is mandatory to fill all the details in the admission form. In case a field does not apply to you please mention NA (Not Applicable).
• Age criteria of the student should be strictly maintained. In any case if the child’s age does not match with the class the child is seeking admission, the management holds the right to cancel the admission. (Refer Age Criteria).
• In case of any discrepancy or incorrect information, the school authorities hold the right to cancel the admission of the child.
• For students seeking admission to Class I onwards, it is mandatory to submit the Original Transfer Certificate from the last school attended within 7 working days from the time of admission.
• Fees once paid at the time of admission is non-refundable, except the Caution Money (Refundable) in case of withdrawal.
• The Management reserves the right to have the last word in all matters related to admission.
